# I didn't receive the invitation email

> Where the invitation comes from and what to do when it hasn't arrived.

Your invitation comes from `no-reply@qlero.io` and carries a **Get started** button that opens the page where you set your password.

## Search your mailbox

Check your spam or junk folder, then search for your record company's name or your own artist or company name rather than for "Qlero". Invitations don't expire, so one from weeks ago still works as long as you haven't already used it.

## Check the address

The invitation goes to one address only, the one your record company registered for you. If they have an old or misspelled address, nothing reaches the mailbox you're watching. Ask them which address they used.

## Ask for a new invitation

If it's still missing, ask your record company to send you a new one.

  If you already have a Qlero login, you'll receive a sign-in email rather than a new password link. Your existing password still works. If you've forgotten it, see [I forgot my password](/artists/access/forgotten-password).
