# Which filters are available?

> The nine filters above the tabs, and how they combine.

Nine filters sit above the tabs:

**Period.** The published periods you want to include. Choosing several combines them.

**Territory.** The country a sale was reported from.

**Sale Type** and **Format Type.** The kind of sale and the form it took, using your record company's own names.

**Source.** Who supplied the sales data.

**Store.** Where the sale or stream happened.

**Track** and **Release.** A specific piece of your repertoire. Publishing deals get a **Work** filter instead.

**Contract.** One of your deals, which matters when you have more than one with the same record company.

Filters combine with AND, so each one you add narrows the result further. Several values inside one filter widen it: two territories mean both countries, not neither.

Your choices stay put when you switch tabs, which is what makes the page worth using. Filter to one track on **Tracks**, then click **Territories** to see where that track sells, then **Stores** to see which services pay for it. Click the cross on a filter to drop that one.

There's no filter for artist or writer. Those are tabs rather than filters, so to look at one artist's results, use the Artists tab.

**No stats found for the selected filters** means the combination has nothing in it. Drop the narrowest filter first, usually a track or a store.
