# Can I download all my Statements at once?

> Getting more than one period in a single download.

Yes, from the ledger view. The **Download** button on a single statement only ever covers that period, but the ledger lists every published period at once and lets you select across them.

  <Step title="Open the ledger">
    On **Statements**, click **Switch to ledger view**. Use the **Period** filter if you want a particular run of periods rather than all of them.

  <Step title="Select the rows">
    Tick the checkbox on each payee row you want. Selecting a row covers that period's statement.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the files">
    Click **Options**, then **By Payee**, and choose **Statement PDFs**, **Sales CSVs** or **Costs CSVs**.

The files arrive as a single zip, one file per statement. **By Account** and **By Contract** do the same at those levels.
