# What can I download?

> The three files on a statement, and which level they cover.

**Download** at the top of a statement offers three files:

**Statement PDF.** The formal statement for the period, with your record company's details, the balances, the breakdowns and the top-performer lists.

**Sales CSV.** Every sales line behind the statement, one row per sale.

**Costs CSV.** Every cost line charged in the period. It isn't offered when your record company doesn't use costs.

Files are named after the period and the name you're viewing, such as `2025M8_Nora Lane.pdf` and `2025M8_Nora Lane_sales.csv`.

## What the download covers

The download follows the level you've selected in the switcher above the summary, and it covers every record at that level.

**Payee.** One file, covering the whole payee.

**Account or contract.** Every account, or every contract, that has a statement in the period. With more than one, the files arrive together in a zip, named after the one you were viewing.

So to end up with a single contract's sales lines, download at contract level and take that contract's file out of the zip. The CSVs name the contract and account on every row, so you can also download at payee level and filter in a spreadsheet.
