The **Team Members** page is where admins invite people to Qlero and manage their access. Team members page ## Invite a team member 1. Open **Organization Settings**. 2. Go to **Team Members**. 3. Select **Invite Member**. 4. Enter the person's email address. 5. Choose the access they should have. 6. Send the invitation. The invited person receives an email invitation. After accepting it, they can sign in with the access you assigned. Invite member flow ## Choose the right access Use organization-level access for admins who manage settings, team members, or multiple record companies. Use record-company access when someone should work only inside specific record companies. ## Edit a team member 1. Open **Organization Settings**. 2. Go to **Team Members**. 3. Find the member and select **Edit**. 4. Update their access. 5. Save the changes.
