Change your password, and add or remove the authenticator app that Qlero asks for at sign-in.
Your login is yours across every organisation, record company and payee you can reach, so its password and authenticator app live in your profile rather than in any record company’s settings.
Open the user menu and select your name at the top. The Profile window opens; select Security. The Password and Multi-factor authentication rows each show when they were last used.
Next to Password, select Change and follow the dialog. The new password takes effect immediately. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the reset link on the sign-in screen instead.
Next to Multi-factor authentication, select Set up authenticator app. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or 1Password, then enter the six-digit code it shows. Codes by text message aren’t supported. From then on, every sign-in asks for the current code after your password or email login code, whichever record company or payee you open afterwards. While you have no authenticator app, Qlero asks you to set one up after each sign-in, with Skip for now. If a record company you open requires one, you see Multi-Factor Authentication Required instead and can’t open it until you’ve finished. See Requiring multi-factor authentication.
Contact Qlero support at support@qlero.io from the address you sign in with. Nobody in your organisation can reset it.
Changing phone is the most common way people get locked out. Set Qlero up on the new phone before you wipe the old one, or turn on your authenticator app’s cloud backup.
