Fields
File name. The name of the uploaded file. Renaming the Qlero record doesn’t change its imported rows. Status. A summary of the row statuses; see File statuses below. Importing… and Revalidating… mean work is still running. Template used. The template that translated the provider’s columns and values into Qlero fields. Template provider. The provider the template belongs to. It groups templates and filters the Sales Files list; it doesn’t set the source or store on a row. Source(s). The distinct sources found across the imported rows. Store is row-level data on the Lines tab, not a file setting. Currency. The currency of the file-level totals. Rows in other currencies are converted into it. Exchange Rates. Rates for converting row amounts into the file currency. See Add or update exchange rates for applying changes. Default dates. File-level Sale Date and Transaction Date values. See Sales file overview for when these defaults apply. Target Period. The reporting cycle the file is intended for. See Target period, sale date and transaction date for how it differs from the dates on each row and the period that reports the file. Included in periods. The periods that actually include the file. Invoice number. An optional reference shown under the file name in the Sales Files list. Notes. Internal notes. Archived. Whether the file is hidden from the default Sales Files list. Use the Archived filter to find it again.Totals
All amounts are in the file currency. Gross is before the provider’s deductions, net is after them. Net Sales and Gross Sales. Totals across every imported row whose amount could be read, including rows that are invalid for another reason. Reported. The part already paid out through processed periods. Available. Total minus reported. Treat it as an upper bound, not a promise: it can still include invalid rows and rows without a contract. Unreported. Amounts a period placed in suspense because Qlero couldn’t report them. Total, Invalid, Partially reported, and Reported lines. Row counts. Invalid rows are missing required data, an exchange rate, or a repertoire match. Valid rows not yet reported count only in Total lines; open Lines to see each row.File statuses
Import failed and Analysis failed mean processing stopped before an import result existed.
