First, you need to assign the year + recurring period.
Depending on how frequently your Label accounts royalties, you will get to choose from different values in the Starting dropdown.
Meaning, if your Label accounts Quarterly you will only be able to choose Q1-Q4 and then select the Year to which your Period should be in.
You can also add any necessary notes to the Period.
This section allows you to choose which Sales Files you want to include in your Period.
You can search in your Sales Files to easy access the ones you want to include.
For example, if you’ve named your Sales Files like 202503_FUGA.csv, you can search for 202503 and then choose Select All button to easily drag them over as included.
This section allows you to choose which Costs (if any) you want to include in your Period.
Same here, you can easily use the search field to find the Costs you want to include.
The summary section shows the Period start and end dates, the sum of the included Sales Files and Costs.
When you’re ready, hit Create Period and it will begin with processing your Period. The Period will now show up in your Periods view
