Yes. Several people can have access to the same payee, each with their own login. Nora Lane and her manager Sam Carter can both reach Nora Lane’s statements without sharing an account.
Everyone with access to a payee sees the same thing: that payee’s data and published statements.
Adding and removing people
Your record company handles both. Ask them to give access to whoever needs it, and to take it away when someone stops working with you. Removing one person leaves everyone else’s access untouched.
Ask for one login per person rather than sharing yours. Sharing a login means you can’t remove one person later without locking out everybody.
