The Artist Portal has no profile or account settings, so there’s nowhere to edit your email address. Ask your record company to move your access to the address you want. Your statements, balances and payment history aren’t affected. They belong to the payee, not to your login.

You’ll receive a fresh invitation at the new address and set up your login again from scratch, including a new password and your authenticator app. The old address stops working straight away.

If you reach payees at more than one record company, ask each of them separately. Changing it with one doesn’t change it with the others.
