Yes, by email. Two are sent automatically. A new statement. When your record company publishes a period, you get an email with the statement PDF attached. The subject is their name and the period, such as “Qlero Records - 2025M8”, and it tells you where the period left your balance. A payment. When a payment is processed, you get an email titled “Your payment has been processed” with the payment number and amount. If your record company invoices on your behalf, the self-bill PDF is attached. Both go to every person with access to your payee, so a manager or accountant with their own login gets them too.

What you can’t change

There’s no notification setting in the portal and no unsubscribe link. The emails follow what your record company does, so the only thing that stops them is not being published or paid. The address is the one you sign in with. If it’s wrong, your record company changes it, not you. If an email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder first: the statement carries a PDF attachment, which some mail systems treat cautiously. Nothing is lost either way, since the statement and the payment are both in the portal regardless.
