Your record company gives you access. You can’t sign up yourself, and there’s nothing to install: the portal runs in your browser at app.qlero.io.
Your record company decides who gets access. If you’re expecting it and no invitation has arrived, ask them.

Your invitation email

Your invitation arrives from no-reply@qlero.io. It names your record company and the payee you’ve been given access to, and repeats the address you’ll sign in with. That address becomes your login, so check it’s the one you want. New to Qlero. Click Get started to set your password. You already have a Qlero login. Click Log in. Your existing password still works and the new payee joins the ones you already had. If the button doesn’t work in your email client, use the Or click this link link below it.

Set your password

Fill in New Password and Confirm Password. The page lists the requirements and ticks each one off as you type, so keep going until they’re all green. Predictable passwords are refused even when they’re long enough, so avoid your own name, dates and keyboard patterns. Click Set Password. The link stops working once you’ve used it.

First sign-in

Go to app.qlero.io, click Log In and enter your email address and password. Qlero then asks you to set up an authenticator app, so have your phone with you. This is required and can’t be skipped. You scan a QR code and enter the six-digit code your app shows. Every later sign-in asks for a code from that app. You then land on your Dashboard. If you can reach more than one payee, you pick one first.
