Reset your password
1
Start the reset
On the sign-in screen, click the reset password link and enter the email address your record company registered for you.
2
Open the reset email
The email arrives from WorkOS, the service that handles Qlero sign-in. It doesn’t come from
no-reply@qlero.io, so search for “password” rather than for Qlero, and check your spam folder.3
Choose a new password
Follow the link and set your new password. It takes effect immediately, and your old one stops working.
Resetting your password doesn’t affect your authenticator app. You still enter a code from it after signing in. If you’ve lost the app itself, see Is there two-factor authentication?.
If the reset email doesn’t arrive
Check that you used the address your record company registered for you. A reset only reaches an address that has a Qlero login, so a typo or an old address produces nothing. Ask your record company which address they used. If you’ve never received anything from Qlero at all, the problem is more likely the invitation than the password. See I didn’t receive the invitation email.Next steps
