Your record company

Everything about money and your deal:
  • A figure on a statement you don’t recognise.
  • Your royalty rate, your contract, or what’s been recouped.
  • When you’ll be paid, or a payment that hasn’t arrived.
  • Your name, alternate name or the email address you sign in with.
  • Access for a manager or accountant.
They hold your contract and produce the figures, so they’re the only ones who can answer or change any of it. The statement and payment emails they send carry their finance email address, which is usually the best one to reply to.

Sign-in problems, at support@qlero.io:
  • You’ve lost the phone with your authenticator app, or changed phone.
  • The portal itself isn’t working.
Write from the address you sign in with, and say which record company and payee you have access to. Qlero can’t tell you why a royalty is what it is, and can’t release a payment. Those live with your record company.
