Your list starts at the first period your record company published for you in Qlero. Statements from before they moved to Qlero were produced in whatever system they used before, so ask them for copies. Two other reasons a period you expect isn’t there: It hasn’t been published. Your record company can calculate and review a period without publishing it. Until they do, it stays internal. None of your contracts are in it. A period only reaches you when one of your contracts has a statement in it, so periods that closed before your deal was set up in Qlero don’t appear.

Your earlier balance isn’t lost

If you were owed money when your record company moved to Qlero, they can bring that amount in as an opening balance so your first statement starts from the right position instead of zero. It’s part of the figures you see rather than a separate older statement. If the opening balance on your first Qlero statement doesn’t match what you were expecting, that’s a question for your record company. Qlero holds the figures they publish and can’t see the deal behind them.
