Sorting
Click a column header with an arrow to sort by it. Name, Period, Opening, Costs, Earnings and Closing sort; Payments, Other and the three Transfers columns don’t. Sorting by Closing is the quickest way to find where a balance sits when you have several contracts, and sorting by Earnings shows which deal did the work in a period.Exporting
There’s no export of the table itself. What you can take away are the statement files behind it: tick the rows you want, click Options, and choose Statement PDFs, Sales CSVs or Costs CSVs. The Sales CSV is the one to use for your own analysis. It carries every sales line with the contract, account and payee named on each row, so you can rebuild any view the ledger gives you, and more, in a spreadsheet.Next steps
