What do the Tracks, Releases, Territories and Stores tabs show?
Your best earners in the period, ranked by royalty.
The four tabs at the bottom of a statement rank where the period’s royalties came from:
Tracks. Your highest-earning individual tracks, with the units behind each one.
Releases. Your highest‑earning releases, grouped together with the units behind each one.
Territories. The countries the sales were reported from.
Stores. The services and retailers the sales came through, such as Spotify or Apple Music.
Each row shows the royalty in your statement currency and that item’s share of the period’s total royalties. Territories and Stores don’t show units, so they rank by money alone.
Ranking is always by royalty, never by units, which is why a track with fewer plays can sit above one with more. The two orders differ whenever the money per unit differs, and it differs constantly between stores and countries.
For a publishing record company, Works replaces Tracks and there’s no Releases tab.
If a tab is empty, the statement has no matched sales of that kind for the period.
